Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Muqbil platform and related services. This is a general draft template provided for structural reference and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before publication.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Muqbil, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Muqbil may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as an in-platform notice or update to this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
Use of Muqbil is intended for individuals and organizations who are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By using the platform, you represent that you meet any minimum age and legal capacity requirements applicable in your jurisdiction and that your use does not violate any law or regulation to which you are subject.
Muqbil reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or decline access where eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.
3. Account Registration and Security
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in limited functionality or account suspension.
Credential Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Muqbil promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
Account Suspension
Muqbil may suspend or terminate accounts that show evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms, at its reasonable discretion and, where practical, with prior notice.
Multiple Accounts
Unless explicitly permitted, each user or organization should maintain a single account. Muqbil may consolidate, merge, or restrict duplicate accounts identified in connection with the same entity.
4. Description of Services
Muqbil provides access to a software platform designed to support data processing, monitoring, and related workflow functionality as described on the marketing pages of this website. Features, availability, and performance characteristics may vary over time as the platform is updated, and are provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
Nothing on this website or within the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Any figures, metrics, or illustrative examples presented are for descriptive purposes related to platform mechanics only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of outcome or performance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Muqbil to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with platform security, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide platform access to unauthorized third parties without written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
6. Fees and Payment
Where Muqbil offers paid plans or subscriptions, applicable fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase or in a separate order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in writing.
Muqbil reserves the right to modify pricing prospectively, with reasonable advance notice provided to active subscribers before changes take effect on renewal.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Muqbil are the property of Muqbil or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform, and any license to use the platform is limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas voluntarily submitted regarding the platform may be used by Muqbil without obligation or compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may reference, integrate with, or link to third-party services, tools, or websites. Muqbil does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, and inclusion of a link or integration does not constitute an endorsement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Muqbil does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muqbil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Muqbil harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of any third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using Muqbil and, where applicable, close your account at any time. Muqbil may suspend or terminate access to the platform, in whole or in part, for breach of these Terms, extended inactivity, legal or regulatory reasons, or discontinuation of the service, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Muqbil is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law.
14. Dispute Resolution
Parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Muqbil directly. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Muqbil regarding use of the platform.
16. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms can be directed through the contact channels listed on the Contact page of this website. This document is a general template and does not reflect a finalized, jurisdiction-specific legal review.
